"Splash" is such a handsome kitten! He came from a situation where he was living outdoors with his mother cat who we took in at HALO, along with his siblings. He is a little shy, but when we get the cat wand out, he LOVES to play and we know he will be a loving companion for someone. If you have some TLC, please consider adopting Splash!
